Appearance: Resembling mature sized basil, only on a much tinier scale. Vibrant green leaves which like to grow compact. Sweet basil tends to grow slightly bigger leaves.

Taste: Sweet Basil: Very similar to the mature plan; bursting with even MORE mint like flavours. Thai Basil: Holds more of a spicy flavour, with hints of anise.

How to use:

• Homemade Pesto; just add lemon juice, garlic, avocado & olive oil
• Topping, for pizza & pasta
• Complements parsley well
• Bruise the leaves and inhale aroma to relieve stress.
