Appearance: Plants around 1 - 2 inches tall, with distinctive oval shaped, slightly hairy textured leaves.

Taste: Fresh green flavours of cucumber with an aftertone of subtle bitterness.

How To Use; Originating from the Mediterranean, the plant has traditionally been used for medicinal purposes, such as treating depression, anxiety and insomnia.  

Using in dishes;

• Greek Gyro; a healthy flavoursome replacement to cucumber. 
• Great addition to scrambled eggs; makes them more nutritional & flavoursome!
• Cocktail garnish 
• Jazz up your salads.
