Our Chilli Oil

Our Chilli Oils are made using a premium olive oil to compliment our home dried or roasted chillies. 

For our roasted chillies, we use our very own cherrywood, which gives a great smoky flavour to the chilli and oil. We leave the chillies to soak in the oil for a couple of months to allow the flavours to really grow. 

Our dried chillies are carefully placed in our dehumidifier for around 24 hours, drying out the chillies for so long makes sure they are completely dry, enabling them to soak up the oil in the bottle and flavour it as much as possible.
