Appearance: Similar shapes to the conventional leaf, but considerably smaller, grown tightly together. 

Taste: It's micro form leaves burst with aromatic notes; holding a more significant flavour than in true leaf form. Initially having sweet and citrusy tones, followed by peppery notes. 

How to use:

• Ideal in an Indian & Thai curries plus as had a flavoursome garnish. 
• Homemade marinades
• Works particularly well with peppers, onions & tomatoes.
