Every year we keep some our favourite chilli plants, purely for the harvest season. Our kitchen freezer, is FULL of an array of chillies which get used in all kinds of dishes. 

Buying fresh chillies, doesn't mean you have to eat them straight away! You can Dry, Roast, Freeze, Pickle them all at home and use them at your convenience.
