Appearance: Short white stems, topped with green curly leaves. 

Taste: Mild and sweet flavour, very similar to it's mature counterpart. 

Uses: 

We know 'normal' kale can get a bit boring, having to cook it, roast it or steam it? Well it's microgreen relative is perfect, just grab a handful out of the fridge and sprinkle over your meal! - This even increases the nutrients absorbed by your body!

• Sprinkle over avocado on toast
• Apple Kale salad
• Pairs well with peaches
