Appearance: Small green leaves, with spike shaped second leaves. 

Taste: Intriguingly aromatic with a slightly peppery, taste, with hints of mustard. 

Uses:

• Similar to other micro's in the brassica family, it's great used as toppings, or within salads. 
• Pairs particularly well with Seafood, Grains & Citrus Fruits.
