The Plant: A good sized plant, which can reach 65cm tall. 

The Pods: Excellent producer of very large uniquely heart shaped pods. (Similar to a bell pepper).

• A popular plant, which although it is mild in flavour, it is an ideal substitute for a bell pepper, particularly stuffing and roasting. 

• You may be familiar with dried poblanos, known as ancho peppers.  These are used in many recipes and sauces.
