Inspired by absolute LOVE of Asian Cuisine, and our controversial love of fresh coriander!

Taste: 

Fresh, Zesty & Zingy. The coriander combined with Pak Choi illuminates the freshness with spicy kicks from Mizuna, whilst subtle tones of ginger and fennel come from the Shiso. 

Ingredients: Coriander, Pak Choi, Mizuna, Red Amaranth, Shiso, Wasabi Rocket & Thai Basil. 

Health Benefits:

Coriander contains 3 times more carotenoids than mature variety. Meaning ... it has significant assistant to reducing the risks of eye diseases, and related cancers. 

Pak Choi is a great source of fibre and protein, reducing the need to add extra ingredients to for nutritional gain!

Shiso has been said to help in slowing down the ageing process!

How to Use: 

Through the combination of asian flavour profiles, its makes it diverse across Indian, Thai & Japanese dishes. Ofcourse you can pair it with anything!
