Taste: Created by us. Designed to showcase the very popular Red Beets and Yellow Chard. 

Resembling mature Beetroot flavours with crunchy textures and delicate sweet tones from the Yellow chard. We've added Mizuna and Rocket to provide a little peppery kick to give your body and mind a boost.

Appearance: Vibrant yellow, with rich purple / red stems really catch the eye! Green leaves shine through assisting with bringing any dish to life!

Uses: 

Pairs particularly well with Soft Cheeses, Grapefruit and Avocado. 

Can be used as a simple side salad to accompany a chicken dish, OR add some of your favourite of protein for a highly nutritious ready made on the go salad. 

Health:

Red Beets are particularly high in Fiber, & Iron, which is great for decreasing the risk of heart related diseases such as strokes and heart attacks. Also playing a part in the reduction of type 2 diabetes & bowel cancer. 

Rocket is a fantastic source of protein, containing up to 25%, a perfect greens consumption for individuals partaking in strenuous activity or high level workouts.
