Appearance: Vibrant Yellow stems with light green leaves. A real eye catcher on any plate. 

Taste: Similar to mature variety, earthy and sweet slightly more mild than red beets.

How to use: 

Like mature beets, they are a diverse microgreen.

• Salads;
• Works well with radish & kale microgreens
• Great addition to a Greek salad, by adding a bit of depth and variation of texture. 
• Risotto; the addition of beets increases both vitamins & anti oxidants without affecting the delicious taste!
• Smoothies
• Simply sprinkle on your dish of choice for adding flavour
